Returns & Refunds Policy

Welcome to Bullfighter Music! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please review the following information to understand our return process:

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• It must be in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at bullfighterinstrment@foxmail.com. We will provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address. Please note that returns sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Process:

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
4. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at bullfighterinstrment@foxmail.com for assistance.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: Customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility criteria apply as mentioned above.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping expenses.

Change of Mind Returns: In the event of a change of mind or if the item doesn't meet your expectations, the customer will be responsible for covering the actual return shipping costs.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. Upon approval, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that refunds may take several business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
